We currently ship across World Wide via our trusted courier partners. We are working to expand our services internationally soon.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation and order verification.
3. Delivery Time
Metro Cities Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
Other Cities / Towns: 5–8 business days
Remote Areas: May take up to 10–12 business days

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain value—check our website for ongoing promotions.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time.
6. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate (full name, phone number, complete address with area code). We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Undelivered / Returned Orders
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or refusal to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items) with your order number and details. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier or arranging a replacement where applicable.
